Pujols honored as NL Player of the Month

A seven-time All-Star, Pujols batted .320 with a league-leading 14 homers and

Pujols had three multi-home run games and has 30 for his career going into

San Francisco's Pablo Sandoval, who had a .394 batting average with eight
homers and 20 RBI, and Milwaukee's Prince Fielder, who hit .363 with eight
homers and 26 RBI, also received votes.
