Steady point guard Jose Calderon added 16 points and 13 assists and brought down five rebounds in the win for Toronto, which will attempt to open a season with three consecutive victories for the first time since 2004-05, The Raptors have won two straight over the Bucks and three of the last four meetings between the two clubs.
